บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงงานเครื่องบีบอัดขวดพลาสติกเพื่อสร้างเครื่องบีบอัดขวดพลาสติกและศึกษาเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเครื่องมือบีบอัดขวดพลาสติกกับการบีบขวดพลาสติกด้วยมือโดยกระบวนการทดลองมีดังนี้ แบ่งการทดลองเพื่อเปรียบเทียบทำงานของเครื่องบีบอัดขวดพลาสติกโดยทำการบีบอัดขวดพลาสติกขนาด 600 มิลลิลิตรและเปรียบเทียบระหว่างการบีบอัดขวดพลาสติกด้วยเครื่องบีบอัด และการบีบอัดด้วยมือโดยจับเวลา 10 นาที 20 และ30 นาที ตามลำดับ บันทึกผล แล้วนำผลมาใช้ในการเปรียบเทียบจำนวนขวดพลาสติกที่บีบอัดได้ จากการบีบอัดขวดพลาสติกด้วยเครื่องบีบอัดและการบีบอัดขวดโดยใช้แรงมือ ผลที่ได้ คือ เวลา 10 นาที ได้ 95 ขวด เวลา 20 นาที ได้ 200 ขวด และ เวลา30 นาที ได้ 300 ขวด และการบีบขวดพลาสติกด้วยแรงคนโดยเฉลี่ย เวลา 10 นาที ได้ 80 ขวด เวลา20 นาที ได้ 145 ขวด และ เวลา30 นาที ได้ 200 ขวด
วิเคราะห์ผลได้ว่าการบีบอัดด้วยเครื่องบีบอัดเร็วกว่าการบีบอัดด้วยมือโดยการบีบอัดด้วยเครื่องบีบอัดเฉลี่ย
ได้ 10 ขวดต่อนาที ส่วนการบีบอัดด้วยมือเฉลี่ย ได้ 7 ขวดต่อนาที สรุปผลการทดลองได้ว่าเครื่องบีบอัดขวดพลาสติกมีความสามารถในการบีบอัดขวดพลาสติกได้มากกว่าการบีบอัดด้วยมือในระยะเวลาที่เท่ากัน โดยเครื่องบีบอัดขวดพลาสติกสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้ในอุตสาหกรรมขยะ
The purpose of the plastic bottle compression project is to build a plastic bottle compression machine and study the comparison of the efficiency of plastic bottle compression machine and manual plastic bottle compression.The experiment process is to compress 600 ml plastic bottles and compare between the plastic bottle compression machines and manual compression by timing for 10 minutes, 20 and 30 minutes respectively.Save the results of experiment and compare the number of compressed plastic bottles. From compressing plastic bottles by machine to compressing plastic bottles by hand.The average of plastic bottle compression machine takes 10 minutes to get 95 bottles, take 20 to get 200 bottles, and take 30 minutes to get 300 bottles.And compressing plastic bottles by hand on average, takes 10 minutes to get 80 bottles, takes 20 minutes to get 145 bottles, and takes 30 minutes to get 200 bottles.
The results can be analyzed that machine compression is faster than manual compression by compressing with an average of 10 bottles / minute. The compression by hand can average only 7 bottles / minute.The conclusion of the experiment is that the plastic bottle compression machine is more capable of compressing plastic bottles than manual compression. The plastic bottle compression machine can be applied in the waste industry.
