บทคัดย่อโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์
The study of plant utilization as food in Ban Mai Wang Pha Pun community, Mae Win Subdistrict,Mae Wang District, Chiang Mai Province, was to gather the information in local people which indicate the folk wisdom that had been passed down from generation to generation. However,because of urban area expandtion ,trend of plant utilization for food in the rural community is fading away and some local vegetable is not well know in young generation. Consequenly, the collection information about plant utilization as food will be advantage for conservation and restoration the rural knowledge. From surveyed, pictures, local name,parts of plant used, usage protocol, common and scientific name were recored and investigated during June to November 2007 in domestic area. The result indicated plants utilization as food ,were 41 families, 95 species.
